Protected ReGenix Sciences materials may include:

• Educational content
• The ReGenix Sciences Educational System
• Digital Patient Guides
• Guide chapters and educational structures
• Landing-page designs
• Website and page structures
• Visual systems
• Templates
• Workflows
• Automation structures
• Forms
• Email and SMS templates
• Checklists
• Launch playbooks
• Training materials
• Operating and support resources
• Presentations
• Graphics and illustrations
• Logos and brand standards
• Source code
• Technology configurations
• Implementation methods
• Processes and frameworks
• Selection, coordination, and arrangement of content
• Other original or proprietary materials

Public display, demonstration, description, or preview does not place protected material in the public domain and does not grant permission to copy or use it.

2. ReGenix Sciences Marks

ReGenix Sciences™, the ReGenix Sciences name, logos, wordmarks, design marks, taglines, and related brand identifiers are trademarks, service marks, trade names, or protected brand assets of Own Your 24 LLC or its licensors.

Use of the ™ symbol identifies a claimed trademark. It does not represent that federal registration has necessarily issued.

No permission is granted to use a ReGenix Sciences mark in or as part of:

• A business or product name
• A domain name
• A social-media account
• Advertising
• Website metadata
• A purchased keyword
• A product or service
• An endorsement statement
• Another commercial use

Prior written authorization is required.

3. Limited Evaluation Permission

You may view the publicly available website and limited previews solely to evaluate whether ReGenix Sciences services may be relevant to your own business.

This permission is:

• Revocable
• Nonexclusive
• Nontransferable
• Limited to ordinary website viewing and internal evaluation
• Noncommercial except for evaluating a possible engagement with ReGenix Sciences

It does not permit:

• Implementation
• Reproduction
• Distribution
• Adaptation
• Resale
• Sublicensing
• Source-file access
• Template extraction
• Creation of derivative materials
• Creation of competing materials or services

4. Prohibited Uses

Without prior written authorization from Own Your 24 LLC, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce protected materials
• Photograph or record materials for republication
• Republish or distribute protected materials
• Download protected materials in bulk
• Transmit protected materials to another person or business
• Display protected materials outside ordinary website viewing
• Modify, translate, or adapt protected materials
• Resell or sublicense protected materials
• Commercialize protected materials
• Create derivative works
• Extract source files or editable materials
• Reverse engineer or reconstruct systems or workflows
• Replicate templates, frameworks, educational structures, implementation methods, design systems, or reusable components

You may not use protected materials to train, improve, evaluate, benchmark, prompt, populate, or supply:

• A machine-learning model
• An artificial-intelligence system
• An automated content-generation system
• A commercial dataset
• A template library
• A competing service
• A commercial knowledge base

You may not remove, obscure, crop out, disable, or alter:

• Ownership notices
• Copyright notices
• Trademark symbols
• ReGenix Sciences attribution
• Licensing language
• Medical-role-separation statements
• Disclosures
• Watermarks
• Access controls

5. Client Deliverables and Written Licenses

Payment for ReGenix Sciences services does not transfer ownership of the underlying:

• ReGenix Sciences Educational System
• Company Materials
• Templates
• Frameworks
• Workflows
• Methods
• Reusable components
• Source files
• Educational structures
• Other protected materials

A client’s permission to use a personalized final deliverable is governed exclusively by the applicable signed Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, and written license conditions.

Except as expressly authorized in writing, a client may not:

• Transfer or assign its license
• Sublicense a deliverable
• Resell a deliverable
• Share it with another practice, business, account, or location
• Extract embedded Company Materials
• Create derivative products or services
• Remove required attribution or ownership language

When a signed agreement requires attribution, copyright language, licensing language, disclosures, or medical-role-separation statements to remain in a deliverable, removing or altering that language may violate or suspend the applicable license.

6. Third-Party Materials

The website and ReGenix Sciences materials may contain properly licensed, referenced, or permitted third-party materials, including:

• Fonts
• Stock images or assets
• Software
• Platform components
• Scientific references
• Publications
• Third-party trademarks
• Client-provided materials

Third-party materials remain subject to the ownership rights and license terms of their respective owners.

ReGenix Sciences does not claim ownership of a third party’s trademark, software, publication, scientific work, client-owned content, generic medical or wellness term, or other material that ReGenix Sciences does not own.

7. Reporting Suspected Infringement

To report suspected infringement of ReGenix Sciences materials, email:

Please include:

• Your name and contact information
• Identification of the work or right involved
• The location of the challenged material
• A description of the concern
• Supporting information sufficient to review the report

Do not include patient information, medical information, records, contact lists, passwords, or other sensitive information.

8. Enforcement and Reservation of Rights

Own Your 24 LLC reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable:

• Contract law
• Copyright law
• Trademark law
• Trade-secret law
• Unfair-competition law
• Computer-access law
• Other applicable law

A delay or failure to enforce a right in one instance does not waive that right or any other right.
