1. ReGenix Sciences Services

Own Your 24 LLC d/b/a ReGenix Sciences provides nonclinical patient-education, design, implementation, and related business services to medical professionals and established practices.

ReGenix Sciences does not provide medical care, determine patient eligibility, prescribe medications, dispense medications, or make fulfillment decisions.

2. Separate Organizations and Responsibilities

The organizations involved in the broader patient pathway operate independently and remain responsible for their own services and decisions.

• The practice reviews and approves patient-facing education and shares the approved resource in accordance with its own policies and professional responsibilities.
• The EllieMD technology platform provides the separate technology through which patients access the medical process.
• Independent licensed providers review medical information, determine eligibility and medical appropriateness, and make all clinical and prescribing decisions.
• The designated pharmacy fulfills prescriptions issued by licensed providers when applicable.
• Platform support handles applicable non-clinical account, portal, order, payment, subscription, and shipment support.

3. Separate EllieMD Brand Partner Relationship

Define Your Destiny LLC is an independent EllieMD Brand Partner and receives compensation from EllieMD through the platform’s Brand Partner compensation structure.

Own Your 24 LLC d/b/a ReGenix Sciences does not receive EllieMD Brand Partner compensation.

This compensation is separate from clinical care and is not payment for prescribing, medical eligibility decisions, clinical recommendations, or pharmacy fulfillment. Independent licensed providers make all medical, eligibility, and prescribing decisions.

4. Practice-Controlled Technology

Implementation may require a practice-controlled technology account. Any subscription fees are paid directly by the practice and are not included in ReGenix Sciences service fees.

5. Patient and Medical Information

ReGenixSciences.com does not collect patient medical information. Do not send patient information, medical information, records, contact lists, passwords, or other sensitive information to ReGenix Sciences through this website, email, scheduling tools, or other communications.

Medical information associated with an independent telehealth or clinical service must be submitted only through that service provider’s designated secure system. Review the Privacy Notice for additional information.
